NO FINANCIAL ADVICE: We are a technology provider, not a financial advisor or investment manager. Our tools provide data for informational purposes only. You agree that all trading decisions are your own sole responsibility.

3. Subscription & Licensing

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our web-based tools for the duration of your active subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exchangify Enterprises shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or data loss resulting from your use of our tools. The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
